I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner ready to help you cut through the information overload, while we work together to create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle approach so that long lasting change is simple and sustainable.
I look at not only what you’re eating, but how you’re eating.
We’ll dive into different aspects of your life, like your daily habits and routines, sleep, stress levels, and movement to take a truely holistic approach.

WHAT DOES COACHING INVOLVE?
We’ll start with a 90-minute intensive session where we will:
- Discuss your current situation and your specific needs around areas like nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, etc.
- Prioritize and focus in on the key areas you need to work on
- Create your personal plan
You’ll walk away from the intensive session with concrete action steps to take to start seeing results but without the overwhelming feeling of turning your entire life upside down.
After the intensive session, we’ll continue working on your short and long terms goals with regular follow-up sessions. In these 45-minute sessions we will evaluate your progress, adapt the plan as needed, and continuing building on your success! These sessions are vital to help you stay accountable to your action plan and continue seeing progress.

“After setting myself a variety of goals to take my health more seriously, I decided speaking to a nutritionist was high on the priority list. I had been going to the gym regularly and eating well but still was having some issues with acid reflux, low energy and stomach cramps among other things.
After speaking with Heather, I was able to implement a few small changes that helped manage my acid reflux after months of struggling. The biggest change occurred when she convinced me to try an AIP elimination diet. I was so surprised to realise that there were a few types of food which were regular staples of my diet that were actually causing most of the inflammation and discomfort I had been experiencing.
