Hey, I’m Heather.

Registered dietitian based in Belgium. If you’re looking for help and advice about your diet and/or making positive changes for your health, you’re in the right spot!

In addition to helping you make general, healthy nutritional choices, I can work with you on diet and lifestyle changes for a variety of health challenges, such as achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diabetes type 2, (risk of) cardiovascular disease such as high blood pressure or cholesterol, digestive complaints, and more.

  • Short and long term goals going forward

Follow-Up Consultation(s)

  • 30 minutes

  • Frequency to be agreed upon

  • Progress update and troubleshooting

  • Action plan updated and/or amended
